Jade Electronics Solutions Ltd was formed in late Q4 of 2022, and in Q2 of 2023 it started as a small Electronics Manufacturing Services provider.

Jade Electronics although a new company, had started business with over 42 years of combined experience. With a combined multi tiered and multi sector professional experience of working hands on throughout all company levels, offering Full turn key solutions, quality and performance practices of all specification. Across both OEM, CEM and EMS electronics manufacturing companies and across all markets coupled with an added accomplishment of over 15 years of successful business development.

From the beginning of operations Jade Electronics Solutions Ltd was already infused with a previous history of multi sector services to very prestigious names within the Electronics Industry and a previous experience of serving market sectors such as within Blue Chip, MOD Defence & National Security, Aerospace & Avionics, 5G and beyond, Fixed & Ranged Communications, LV & HV, LED Lighting, Space Technology, Imbedded Technology, Government Service Agencies, Automotive Performance & General, Oil & Gas Exploration the list is endless..

The staffing structure at Jade Electronics is formed from the passion of the Directors who have always worked hands on and understand first hand what motivates staff in return for performance and dedication. And to also return a results and nurturing culture to support our customers - before, during and after service.

At Jade Electronics the company will return back to the local community on a growing level as the company grows by beginning with organising annual days release for free community days, green initiatives, help for the homeless and charity work. Unemployed employability reviews and working with local universities for apprenticeships, innovation and development of/from young minds.

Our strength lies in our individuality. Founded by Jonathan & Charlotte Dixon, with the Jade Electronics team we develop and retain the best talent in various fields, from manufacture to product design, HR, accounts, marketing and sales.

Quantity with Quality

We don’t believe in poor quality work only human error, with a system of thorough quality checking and performance indication refined from years of experienced manufacturing we will deliver quality above all else to our customers. KPI systems will review our performance within a Lean 6 Sigma environment to ensure our internal performance operates in line with our and the customers expectations.

True quality comes from experience and a well designed quality control system to eliminate human error and demand consistent controlled true quality and perfection within workmanship.

All manufacturing of all batch sizes from NPI & Prototypes to larger runs will be software driven and machine manufactured with nothing left to chance. Our industry 8D and Continuous improvement system will control the product and quality progress throughout the company.

The target of 100% quality and 100% yield is always our focus.

To achieve this we have made quality our culture. So that it’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
